Project Manager

• Minimum experience in land development – 8 years

• Experience should include familiarity with the processes of preparing and processing entitlement documents such as tentative maps and with processing final design plans for residential and / or commercial development projects.
  Must have experience in directing development projects and have considerable Design experience.  must be able to communicate with and to direct a project team

• Other:

  • BS in Civil Engineering and Registration is preferred

  • Must have exceptional communication skills

  • Must be highly organized

  • Must have a client service perspective
