Mapping Technician

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of mapping experience

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, LDD and Eaglepoint

• Knowledge of title documentation and easement interpretation

• Experienced with field work and its requirements

• Other:

  • Must have good organizational skills

Position Duties:

• Must be able to assist with the preparation of Subdivision Maps, Parcel Maps, Records of Survey, easement drawings and descriptions, boundary analysis, legal descriptions, right-of-way maps, ALTA surveys and public agency submittals
